We were asked to become involved once the initial design had been created by a landscape architect.
The enabling works involved demolition of existing garden features. Felling of trees and mature shrubbery, breaking out
paving and hard standings and reduction in levels in certain areas of the garden. All arisings had to be removed through
alley alongside an adjoining building.
Once the area had been cleared then the hard landscaping could begin. New perimeter fencing was erected and new paving
was laid using stone flags.
The soil was improved by importing compost and then planting/turfing could commence. All plant material was sourced from
UK growers for this project.
